To recover your password, please perform the following steps.

Note: Before you begin, the field labeled “Username” will be disabled, but the field labeled “Email Address” will be enabled. The username field will be enabled in a subsequent step.

1. Enter your email address in the field labeled “Email Address” and click “Send verification code”.
2. Enter the verification code sent to your email address in the field labeled “Verification Code” and click “Verify Code”.
3. The field labeled “Username” will now be enabled. Enter your username in this field and click “Continue”.
4. Enter your new password in the fields labeled “New Password” and “Confirm New Password” and click “Continue”.
