We are advocating for the Saskatchewan Government to play an advocacy role encouraging the Federal Government to implement a 50% Refundable Investment Tax Credit to accelerate the adoption of carbon-abating technologies in the drilling and service rig industry and help Canada meet it's 2030 emission reduction targets in the conventional hydrocarbon extraction industry. The Association would like the Saskatchewan Government to commit to complementing any federal financial support. Energy, Finance & Budget Grant or Financial Benefit
